What is the story behind your business' name?
Our truck first landed in our lives already with a given name. The concept came after and funnily enough, we still have the napkin we wrote our ideas on. Everyone loves pie but its would be really glorious to layer up the pies into one cup! Cool, Creamy and Delicious. From there, we created different recipes. Seasonal items. And for different events, such as an Italian Fest, we created the famous Cannoli Pie. It stuck with us ever since! Our customers are the best and they always let us know our winning recipes!
