Welcome to GBD, the Good Bad Delicious food trailer in Las Vegas! Owned and operated by the talented culinary duo, Michael and Raquel Van Staden, GBD serves up uniquely unordinary street food inspired by their global travels and culinary experiences. With creative twists of their own and the freshest seasonal ingredients, GBD promises a one-of-a-kind culinary experience that is both accommodating and addictive.

Michael Van Staden, originally from South Africa, attended culinary school in Washington DC and has worked under some of the most prestigious chefs in the industry. Raquel Van Staden, born and raised on a Northern California organic rice farm, fell in love with travel and food during a visit to Japan. The couple spent several years traveling the world, working aboard cruise ships and in Michelin-starred restaurants before deciding to embark on their own culinary journey with GBD.

At GBD, the focus is on using fresh, local ingredients to create street food dishes that are anything but ordinary. Start with the small bites, like the Quesabirria Egg Rolls or Pad Thai Style Brussels Sprouts.
