Founded by disability advocate, Emily Danciu-Grosso, this bright yellow short bus brings more than sweets to the streets; it delivers opportunity, community, and career training for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With every ice cream ball, the dessert bus offers a space for inclusion, celebration, and plenty of smiles.

At the heart of the menu are handcrafted one-of-a-kind ice cream balls wrapped in gooey, marshmallow-kissed cereal shells and frozen to perfection. These edible orbs are playful, delicious, and packed with flavor combinations like Vanilla Ice Cream in Fruity Pebbles or Cake Batter Ice Cream in Cake Batter Rainbow Sprinkles Rice Krispie Treat coating. It's dessert reimagined: dwequal parts crunchy, creamy, and sweet.
