Green Street, a food truck based in Levittown, NY, is the brainchild of a passionate former health and physical education teacher who embraced a plant-based vegan diet while training for an Ironman Triathlon. Since its inception in 2013, Green Street has been dedicated to educating the community about the benefits of plant-based eating.
