Grilla's Grub Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

Applewood smoked chicken and locally sourced Hickory smoked Andouille sausage gumbo served over white rice. If you are still hungry after one bowl, 2nds are on us.

New Orleans-Style Red Beans & Rice

We only use Camellia's brand red kidney beans and a few simple ingredients for our "Red Beans Done Right" recipe. Each serving includes a link of Andouille sausage.

Louisiana Kitchen Famous Barbecue Shrimp

Our Chef Paul Prudhomme (K-Pauls) inspired New Orleans dish of pan-fried Gulf Shrimp bathing in a buttery broth of spicy goodness. Not exactly the BBQ we expect in Texas. Included with this dish is crusty, light and flavorful French bread. Once you dip the bread into the sauce, you will understand our appreciation and know why BBQ Shrimp are on our "Limited" menu.

Popcorn Shrimp

The same shrimp we use on our Shrimp Po'Boy. Lightly spiced and served with our signature Grub Sauce. Add an order of fries or Grilla-Style fries.

Boudin Balls

A traditional minced pork and rice sausage ball liberally seasoned and fried crispy. Three (3) to an order served with our Grub Sauce. Or try the optional Creole mustard.

Roast Beef Po'Boy

Our signature traditional New Orleans Po'boy loaded with shredded roast beef and thick cajun gravy (properly known as debris), dressed with lettuce, tomato and pickles and two slices of Swiss cheese along with our Grub Sauce.

Pulled Pork (Cochon De Lait) Po'Boy

A spicy pulled pork Po'Boy topped with a creamy jalapeño coleslaw, dill pickles and our Grub Sauce.

Andouille Sausage Po'Boy

1/3 pound of lean locally sourced Hickory smoked pork sausage. Sliced and grilled then dressed with lettuce, tomato and dill pickles along with your choice of our Grub Sauce or Creole mustard.

Fried Cauliflower Po'Boy

An amazing protein substitute. We braise a cauliflower steak until tender then chill it until firm before breading with panko and deep frying. We then serve it up on a toasted french roll dressed with lettuce, tomato, dill pickles and Grub Sauce.

Pure Texan, a 1/3 pound link of locally sourced jalapeño cheese sausage dressed with a whole mess of fried onions, Grub Sauce, Sriracha, freshly diced red onions and jalapeño.

1/3 pound of lean locally sourced Hickory smoked pork sausage. Dressed with fried onions, Creole mustard, Sriracha, freshly diced red onions and jalapeño.

Rajun' Cajun Cheeseburger

1/4 Cajun spiced all-beef patty served with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, freshly diced red onions & jalapeño and our signature Grub Sauce.

Our "Signature" sauce is version of a Cajun/Creole Remoulade sauce. It's spicy, tangy and creamy and goes well with anything. A great substitute for ketchup, mayo or tartar sauce, guaranteed to enhance anything fried. Guaranteed to keep you coming back for more.

Cochon De Lait Tacos (Pulled Pork)

Two (2) slow cooked, melt in your mouth, spicy shredded pork tacos. Topped with jalapeño coleslaw and served on warm flour tortillas.

Blackened Shrimp Tacos

Two (2) bold & spicy Gulf shrimp tacos prepared with our signature blackened seasoning, topped with freshly made pico and your choice of sauce.
