What is the story behind your business' name?
We owned a restaurant back in 2012 and thought....Man, if we had a food truck, we could go anywhere and work. We can serve gumbo on the go... I was like, hey, I like that name Gumbo to Geaux... So, we trademarked the name and it's been working ever since.
