Helmed by two culinary-educated friends, Halo Project is ready to match all appetites and needs, from their single-hander Floridian Avo Toast, with avocado smash, sunny-side up egg, sprouts, and watermelon radish to their Double-Hand Sammi's like the Halo Burger, a house-made veggie patty with lettuce, tomato, red onions, avocado, and chipotle aioli.
