The owners met in Hawaii and named their truck “Hapa” as it's the Hawaiian word for “mixed,” celebrating the mixed heritage of the island food scene nowadays. Mix up your family and friends' most memorable occasions with three kinds of bao buns filled with chicken, tofu, or pork. Their Hawaiian-style bun is filled with a guava BBQ sauce while the Korean bun is topped with atchara and gochujang fire sauce. Our brains are on fire just thinking about it!
