About Happy Endings
This food truck serves 100% all-beef hot dogs on locally-made baked buns, but the fun comes in the toppings. With ingredients like homemade kimchi, bonito flakes, and wasabi mayo, the Asian fusion creativity is flowing. You’ll need to get down on one of those dogs, but that doesn’t mean you should sleep on their family recipe barbecue pork bun — you’ll be needing one or two or ten of those. Better yet, just book Happy Endings to cater your next event, and put away dogs and buns to your heart’s content.
MUST TRY Yamate Dog — All-beef frank, kimchi, spicy cucumbers, and sweet soy sauce. It’s Korean BBQ on a bun.
