What is the story behind your business' name?
The chicken & waffles crave had began to pick up momentum here in Detroit and two other restaurants that sold chicken & waffles were already doing well. I decided to target the same places that gave me the most business and that was the local churches. I would use their kitchens to cook my chicken and waffles and it hit me, what is talked about the most at church "Heaven" and Heavenly Chicken & Waffles was born.
