What is the story behind your business' name?

We started with what we had, a big yellow trailer and zero name. While brainstorming, we saw a “Hello Sunshine” sign and it just clicked. Now it’s extra funny because when we pull up to events and tell organizers we’re “Hello Sunshine,” they sometimes think we’re just being aggressively friendly and giving a cheerful greeting… not a beverage vendor. Then the bright yellow trailer rolls in and suddenly the name makes perfect sense.

Hello Sunshine brings a boutique coffee shop experience directly to your event through its retro inspired mobile cafés. What began as a humble lemonade stand has grown into a full service mobile coffee and beverage brand, known for thoughtfully crafted drinks, warm hospitality, and a setup that feels more like a beloved neighborhood café than a concession trailer.

At the heart of Hello Sunshine is coffee. From smooth iced coffees and seasonal specialty lattes to comforting hot cocoa, every cup is made to order with quality ingredients and care. Complementing the coffee program is a curated menu of teas, fresh squeezed lemonades, dirty sodas, specialty beverages, and bakery items designed to delight guests of all ages and tastes.
