Hickory Stix has a messy job, but someone's gotta do it, and no one in New Hampshire does it better than them - classic Texas BBQ served over four wheels, straight to your mouth. Slabs of ribs are obviously quite popular, but the brisket is really to die for - smothered in sauce, caught in a sandwich, topped with an egg and served for breakfast, there's a lot of ways they like to offer it, and all are correct.
Pulled pork also dominates here, as it should on any respective BBQ menu, and likewise, this menu demands respect. If you wanna pay it in person, track down Hickory Stix, or go nuts and order them for your whole office. You'll be a hero for it, mess and all.
