Our bruschetta starts with a garlic toasted crostini and topped with a tomato mixture with a light drizzle of olive oil/lemon juice dressing

Pesto Chicken Bites

Made with a pesto mixture in a muffin puff pastry shell, sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Fried Brie Bites w/Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Consist of Brie coated with Japanese panko, and then fried perfectly to melt the cheese.

Banana Nut Muffins

A muffin with bananas and pecans with a crumble of oats on top

Triple Chocolate Muffin

Made with semi-sweet chocolate chips mixed in the batter with cocoa powder, also made with yogurt and has dark chocolate medium chips on top, finished with a chocolate ganache

Blueberry Yogurt Muffins

Muffins made with Yogurt and blueberries with a small crumble of oats and finished with a lemon frosting on top

Pastries are made with puff pastry with a variety of fruit flavors added. Pastries are made with Danish dough with a variety of fruit flavors added

Your choice of (2) Breakfast Taco’s: Flour tortilla with scrambled eggs with a selection of 2 choices: Bacon, Sausage, Ham, potatoes, cheese.

3 Cheese grilled cheese w/chips

3 different types of cheese: American, Mozorrela, Gouda, melted together on a Texas bread with butter spread, toasted bread, served with chips.

Turkey Club Sandwiches

A club sandwich, also called a clubhouse sandwich, is a sandwich of bread, sliced turkey, or fried bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. It is often cut into quarters or halves and held together by cocktail sticks.

Egg Salad Sandwich

Consist of hard boiled eggs, chopped with miracle whip, mustard, parsley, pickle relish with homemade chips with a drizzle of salt and truffle mix.

Street Tacos

Street tacos served with Original salsa or tomatillo avocado salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

Sliders

Our sliders are made with either beef or chicken, served with choice of condiments.

Black Bean Sliders

Made with black beans and a variety of spices served on brioche buns with tomato, pickles and red onion (optional).

Chicken that has been marinated and then seared and baked with barbecue sauce.
