What is the story behind your business' name?
I saw rolled ice cream while on vacation. So I asked my dad if we could start rolled ice cream business. He wanted to encourage me to run a business so during the Covid lockdown, we were in our living room testing out different recipes for making rolled ice cream! We started at the French market in downtown Wheaton, then we asked to participate in several events, including cream of Wheaton, taste of Glen Ellyn, downers Grove concert in the park series… And now we're building out our brick and mortar in downtown Wheaton at 120 North Main St. Wheaton come and see us!
