Indianapolis is about to get a whole lot tastier now that Hoosier Roots is gassing up the tank. Chef Greg Stellar's travelled the country and the world in his search for culinary inspiration, and now he's bringing a whole lot back to Indiana; comfort food that does more than just comfort, it lifts you up to taste the inspiration too. Featuring classic staples like pulled pork and exotic specialties like Madras curry, Hoosier Roots has spread the board during their catering company glory years, from Mexico to India to right back home, so the final truck menu's likely to include a whole lotta rotating specialties emerging from nowhere. For now, hometown classics are the goal, with monstrous yet nuanced flavor bombs popping up every which way like a perfectly-fried chicken sandwich, a tender and juicy burger, and vodka-battered onion rings waiting in the wings.
