Hugs Donuts began as Mollie's Minis after owner, Mollie, a one-woman-fits-all gourmet mini donut enterprise in the yet-to-be-born food truck industry. Mollie's philosophy of always leaving things better for the next person has evolved the brand name into Hugs Mini Donuts.
