Il Forno is a pizzeria on wheels, brought to you by Chef Egi Franciosa who grew up near Naples and spent years perfecting his pizza technique. Together with his wife Jannah who shares in his passion of authentic Italian cuisine, Chef Egi's bringing Italy's famous street food to the streets of Nashville.
The heart and soul of Il Forno's authentic Neapolitan pizza boils down to three things: Caputo 00 flour imported from Italy, marinara made from Tuscan tomatoes and Fior de Latte mozzarella.
