There's an odd interaction of flavor between local Puerto Rican and classic Italian cuisine, and Ill Risotto's here to crank it to full tilt, til all the flavors rush side by side. And sometimes on top of each other. And sometimes all over the place. But always in your mouth. Unless you spill.
Risotto's the thing here, in case you hadn't guessed, and is a perfect merge of taste culture between island and....uh....way bigger island far away. As such, it's quickly become the favorite risotto of Puerto Rico, richly layered and massively stacked. Varieties as light (if that's the adjective we wanna use) as caprese and shrimp scampi, go toe to toe with churrasco for your conscience. Whether it's guilty or clean by the end of the meal, you're gonna have a great time owning it regardless. Especially if it feels both. Consider it a whole different kind of intersection Ill Risotto knocks out of the park.
