Seasonal vegetables battered in our five-spice and turmeric blend, flash fried, and laid on a bed of rice. Drizzled with coconut chili and sweet soy reduction.
Smothered Herb Sashimi
5 pieces of thinly sliced raw fish. seasoned with ginger, garlic, togarashi, Himalayan sea salt, scallions.
