What is the story behind your business' name?

After tossing around a few ideas, I came up with Iron Hot. It was the only one that really stuck. Once I saw it in the logo, I knew that was it.

Why did you decide to start your business?

I was searching for a grill/smoker for our family reunion - something big enough to allow me to cook for a lot of people. I was also hoping to find one attached to a trailer. After a few months, I located exactly what I was looking for, but it needed a little TLC. Once it was shiny and new again, I showed it to a friend who has a BBQ business, and he said, "Let me show how to make that thing make you some money!" Coincidentally, someone asked me to be a food vendor at their event the following week. I enjoyed it so much, I decided that I would take my friend's advice and turn it into business. We did so well within the first month, I was able to purchase a fully enclosed food trailer and serve more food across the city.
