What is the story behind your business' name?
I was working from home taking care of my handicapped husband and my corporate job got sent overseas to India. I had looked for months for a new job and was not landing anything. I had been diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease and Celiac disease, and my husband and I were driving down the road and saw a funnel cake trailer. My husband said to me "Babe, I know its been rough, but can we stop so I can get a funnel cake?" I looked at him and said "It's not fair!" Which is why we call ourselves "It's Only Fair" as every menu item is gluten free, making it only fair that everyone can try our food.
