About Itty Bitty Schnitty

The schnitzel truck that won the 2018 Solid Ground Food Truck competition was born from the owner’s German roots. Itty Bitty Schnitty, lucky for us, is ready to rock with all kinds of hot, fried goodies. The Pierce & King County-based truck has made a name for themselves in Washington, and when their bright blue trucks rolls through town, people get excited. Schnitzel is the obvious move here, as their name would imply, so whether it’s classic style, smothered in gravy, topped with beer cheese, or served in a sandwich, you’re gonna be crunching down a lot of that porky goodness. You’ll need to split some pig “wings” (hocks), fries, or fresh pretzels (or all three), and make sure there’s plenty of German potato salad to go around. The best part?
