What is the story behind your business' name?
(JA) is an acronym for Jamaica. So we formally named our company JA patty. But then some patty fans started pronouncing it JAH Patty. We catch ourselves pronouncing it both ways, so it will remain interchangeable to us. Feel free to say it whichever way you like to.
