Where did you learn to cook?
Houston native, Marcus Stewart, came out of the womb loving food, loving cooking, but most of all a love for making those who eat his food happy no matter what. After almost 2 decades of being a chef in the corporate world, Marcus was able to live his dream of running his own kitchen out of a food truck. Most of his corporate years were spent with Darden, mainly Longhorn and then Capital Grille where he acquired a wealth of knowledge of the beef world of food. Seafood has become his passion these days and perfecting his specialty of smoking his seafood is now his daily task. You can always find Marcus on his food truck serving the community or around one of his many smokers experimenting and perfecting new dishes and flavors.
