A pink and blue ice cream bus is comin' through NOLA and it's pullin' up just for you! JB's Softee Treats is a traveling food truck peddling sweet soft serve ice cream and fan-favorite frozen treats in Southeast Louisiana. The owner started her confectionary company in 2021 in memory of her little brother, in the hopes of helping a new generation of children in her city enjoy their community and connect with one another. And boy has she succeeded!

Her bus turned mobile kitchen is treating kids and adults in her area to made-to-order frozen treats designed with the future in mind as they're served from her 'millenium-style' truck. One cone at a time, this family-owned and -operated honeyed heaven slings hearty portions of sprinkles, chocolate, cookies, cakes, and candies on top of their delicious soft serve. Choose from several flavors for your base, have 'em prepped in a cup or cone, and get ready to consume as soon as you see it.
