Classic Single Stroopwafel
Traditional to every dutch market, this classic is our recipe of the original cinnamon vanilla waffle cookie. Sliced finely in half by Jel’s dainty fingers, lined with a caramel syrup, and then passed over to you to enjoy fresh and warm.

Stroopwafel crumbs
No, these are not the result of failed cookies, but the edges of cutting our classics to be that perfect circle for your mug of something hot. Chopped into bite-sized pieces and then drizzled in caramel, they’re great over ice cream, on yogurt, in your fruit crumble topping or blitzed into pie crust. Our favourite for an easy snack, Jel skipped class for them in college but thankfully did still manage to graduate.

Awww, how cute is that?! Two little baby stroopwafels are the perfect size for gifting or stuffing in the stocking of someone sweet. Truthfully though, most of what we hear is that people like to just snack as is, so if they make it you before being gifted that’s more than okay. Treats for you are important too.
What is the story behind your business' name?
In Holland, stroopwafel stands are affectionately named after the bakers (that's us!) and our "It’s the caramel that binds" is the literal truth of it, but we hope our stroopwafels bring much more together- time with friends and family, a connection to culture or a celebratory sweet.
