A long time BBQ fan, he began collaborating with New Vineyard Church and cooking at fundraisers for local non-profits around the community. Jim’s delicious cuisine immediately made an impact. His popularity grew via word-of-mouth throughout the Fremont, OH community. People soon began begging him to go pro, and this encouragement ultimately led to Jimmy G’s Barbeque. Now, you can grab Jim’s impeccable meats out of the window of a food truck. Everything at Jimmy G’s is made from scratch from fresh, never-frozen meats. Jim marinates these choice cuts for 24 hours before smoking them low and slow over fruitwood to create some mild, sweet undertones.
