Joe Love, cousin of company owner Tony, died in 2007 of pancreatic cancer, leaving behind memories of his love of lobster, great food, and life. The company was named in his honor, and began with just one cart in Savannah, GA. Now, several years later and with a brick-and-mortar restaurant as well, Joe Loves still honors the original spirit of pleasing people, putting family first, and really enjoying good lobster.
