After honing his skills in a ghost kitchen and gaining valuable experience in the restaurant world, the founder of Julsilog decided to follow his passion and share this beloved Filipino breakfast dish with the community. Today, the pop-up serves up delicious silog plates, perfect for any time of the day.

Silog is a Filipino staple made up of three essential elements: a savory protein, garlic fried rice (sinangag), and a perfectly cooked fried egg (itlog). Julsilog offers a variety of proteins like pork, beef, and fish, each cooked to perfection and served with the signature garlic rice and rich, golden yolk egg.
