Meet Rosie Coca
What is the story behind your business' name?

The original owners of Just Chill'n Ice Cream Truck ran it as a mother/daughter business for 12 years. I met Donna when I hired her for my daughters birthday party and continued to work with her for a year with school and community events. When she moved out of state, her youngest daughter wanted my daughter to have the truck, and so here we are. Just Chill'n Ice Cream Truck continues to be ran as a mother/daughter business today.

One of the greatest childhood memories you can have is when the ice cream truck stops right in front of your house and you can load up on all your favorite frozen treats. In that theme, Just Chillin is bringing ice cream to the streets of Orange County... and to you! Now, instead of waiting for the clarion call of the ice cream tune, you can bring the truck right to you! Why wait?
