Kado's Special Chicken
Kado Special Chicken is marinated in kafir lime, sriracha and honey and topped with our house made sriracha aioli. The chicken has the flavor of sriracha and not the heat.

Otani Taco Plate
3 tacos featuring our Kado’s Special Chicken, asian slaw, red and green onions, aioli and sriracha for heat all on a corn tortilla. Tacos are served with two sides from the following selection: white rice, mixed greens salad, marinated sprouts, or Asian slaw.
(3) Vegetarian Tacos
The same as our Otani Tacos but we use a marinated bean sprouts, asian slaw, red and green onions, sriracha aioli and sriracha to desired heat level.
Kado Roll - Vegetarian
Marinated bean sprouts and green onions on white rice and rolled in seasoned seaweed topped with our aioli, teriyaki sauce and sriracha. Vegan option is minus the aioli.

Dawn Kado, descendent of Japanese immigrants, grew up eating foods that incorporated post-war Japanese, American, and Hawaiian tastes. She learned to cook these eclectic cuisines, packed with powerfully bold flavors, at a young age. Now, she’s looking to share her unique culinary skillset with avid eaters across Sacramento, CA.
