Katy's Q is a BBQ food truck that owes its origins to California's Central Coast. Kathi, owner and chef, grew up there amid Santa Maria style barbecue tradition, and kept her passion for flame-grilled cuisine throughout the years working as a server, a manager, and a chef, and finally earning her culinary degree. Now Kathi uses Colorado Palisade Peach wood to imbue her BBQ cuisine with a unique Rocky Mountain flavor, resulting in delicious eats wherever this trailer goes.
