Katy's Q is a BBQ food truck that owes its origins to California's Central Coast. Kathi, owner and chef, grew up there amid Santa Maria style barbecue tradition, and kept her passion for flame-grilled cuisine throughout the years working as a server, a manager, and a chef, and finally earning her culinary degree.
