About KC Italian Ice

What started at youth track meets in 2011 has grown into a crowd-favorite frozen treat destination on wheels. Based in Lee's Summit, MO, KC Italian Ice was inspired by years of supporting a son's competitive track and field career and a desire to keep athletes, families, and spectators cool during long days in the sun. Today, this food trailer continues to serve youth sports while bringing its refreshing menu to community events, motorsports gatherings, and festivals throughout the region.

The menu features a wide variety of Italian ice flavors crafted to beat the heat, including Blue Raspberry, Mango, and Strawberry Lemonade. Guests can also enjoy creative favorites like Rainbow, Tropical Rainbow, and Orange Vanilla Swirl.
