What is the story behind your business' name?

The KC are the initials of my kids, K kathia my daughter and C Carlos my son. and we were for some many years KC BURGERS, but now we are rebranding to fulfill the new concept involving more dishes to the menu and thats why we are now KC's GRILL HOUSE

What started with a hot dog cart, plenty of determination, and a spot outside Home Depot Copperfield has grown into one of Houston’s go-to food trucks for burgers, tacos, and grilled comfort food. KC's Grill House has been serving the community since 2011, building a loyal following through hardworking service, flavorful cooking, and a menu packed with satisfying street food favorites.

The lineup blends classic American grill items with Mexican street food influences, giving guests plenty to come back for. Signature picks include the Philly cheesesteak sandwich loaded with diced beef, grilled onions, peppers, and provolone, along with the Angus Arrachera Quesadilla and Tacos Arrachera topped with cilantro and spicy orange habanero salsa.
