12 Mini crawfish pies are made using fresh seasonings (onion, garlic, bell pepper) sauteed with crawfish tails and baked with cheeses.

Desserts

Butter Rum Bread Pudding

Feeds 80. Full deep aluminum pan of homemade bread pudding topped with a butter rum sauce. (scoops 80-100 scoops)

Praline Brownie

12 packaged Praline Brownies.

Breakfast Pastries

Beignets

120 fluffy beignets. We make our dough from scratch. Once fried our Beignets are placed inside of aluminum pans and inside of a Cambro (insulated box) to keep warm. Beignets are self serve with powdered sugar.
