Formerly at the helm of a German restaurant and beer garden in Astoria, the team changed hands to head up Kelvin’s Food Truck and start grilling up burgers and brats. Now, you can catch them on their truck rolling through the streets of New York.
Kelvin’s burgers are simple: 100% Pat LaFrieda beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, and special sauce on a signature bun, branded with the Kelvin’s logo. More of a brat person? No problem, you can choose between chicken, bauernwurst, andouille, and cheddar (on either a brioche or pretzel bun). The German influence is in action in the snacks section too, with a lineup of fries, German pretzels, and creamy cucumber salad. Everybody needs more burgers and brats in their life — holler at Kelvin’s to cater your next event.
