Khalil’s Kitchen has been serving soul food with a Caribbean and Cape Verdean twist since December 14, 2020. Founded by Rudy Alves, who was inspired by his son's passion for cooking, this pop-up experience brings a unique blend of flavors to the local community. Rudy's roots in Fogo, Cape Verde, and his culinary journey with his mother are evident in every dish crafted with heart and heritage.
