“Stifado” — Greek Chicken and Onion Stew

A rich stew of red wine, tomatoes, onions, and warming spices, traditionally made with rabbit in Greece, that we make with chicken. We also have a vegetarian version with mushrooms.


A Greek pasta casserole utilizing a special kind of pasta similar to bucatini topped by meat sauce and a bechamel sauce and baked until browned. We can also make a vegetarian and/or vegan version using eggplant caponata and a vegan bechamel sauce.

Greek Beef with Olives

A dish from Epirus: slowly braised beef in a rich red wine and tomato sauce with olives.

Lemon-Olive Chicken

Chicken marinaded with lemon zest, lemon juice, olives, and herbs and then slowly braised until very, very tender.

Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red Onions, Olives and optionally either Feta Cheese (Vegetarian) or Garbanzo Beans (Vegan)
