What is the story behind your business' name?
I first learned the art of smoking BBQ while serving as a member of the Knights of Columbus. When it came time to name my business, I wanted something that reflected those roots and the tradition behind the craft. “Knight” is a nod to where my journey began, and “Fire” represents the heart of great barbecue — patience, smoke, and flame coming together to create something special.
