What is the story behind your business' name?

We went to Hawaii a few years ago, and I fell in love with shaved ice. Couldn't find it on the main land. But one day, my husband was online, and he happened to see a Kona Ice truck. We looked into the franchise, and knew it was for us. Great company to work for, great product, and a truck kids absolutely love!
