Our succulent smoked salmon tossed with red and green bell pepper, onions and mushrooms, seasoned with jerk seasoning and covered with provolone cheese on a 6 inch buttered hoagie bun drizzled with remulaude sauce.

Chunks of our grilled chicken tossed in my homemade BBQ sauce all spread over a bed of fresh nacho chips and lettuce, topped with black beans, corn, green onions, black olives, tomatoes, cotija cheese, red onions, shredded cheese, cilantro, sour cream and jalapenos.

10 juicy grilled shrimp seasoned with jerk season, and tossed with red/green bell peppers, onions and mushrooms covered with provolone cheese on a 6 inch buttered hoagie bun and drizzled with remoulade sauce.

What is the story behind your business' name?
I have always loved cooking since easy bake ovens :-). I have been a nurse for 30+ years, after COVID I decided that it was time to start doing what I love. Cooking! My friends and family always rave about my food and how it taste. Henceforth, it was time to take my show on the road.
