About Koro Koro

In Japanese folklore, there is a tale of an old man who drops a rice ball into a hole. "Rice Ball Koro Koro" echoes out of the hole, inside which the man finds a hidden kingdom of mice, who reward his generosity with gold. Koro Koro can be the sound of something rolling, but it's also a Jersey City food truck where you'll find riches of your own in the form of onigiri rice balls.
