What is the story behind your business' name?
Back in 2013 my husband Kenwin and I (Terry) saw a need for Caribbean cultural food in Buffalo especially from our native Island Trinidad and Tobago and since I had a love and passion for cooking and serving people we decided to create KT Caribbean Cuisine.
