What is the story behind your business' name?
La Burre comes from the name of a famous dish in the town we grew up in Mexico called la burrera. It is a small spiced beans taquito or spices potatoes taquito that was sold back in the 1940s. Natashas grandmother carried the recipe and gave it to her. Since we were kids we’ve been in the kitchens with our families and now we are developing our own.
