What is the story behind your business' name?
La Fonda, La Chata is a family-owned business run by my mom and me, built on over 20 years of experience sharing the Mexican food we love. We started with a restaurant, and after it closed, we found a new way to keep going through our food truck. Today, we carry on those same recipes and traditions while adding new ideas along the way. It means a lot to us to keep cooking together and sharing a little piece of our family with everyone we serve.
