Nos viandes sont fumées pendant des heures à basses températures à l'aide de bois de pommier locale pour exalter les saveurs de nos viandes. We specialize in American Southwest BBQ and serve favourites such as pulled pork, smoked brisket, smoked bacon, smoked links (sausage), chicken and ribs. Our meats are smoked for hours at low temperatures with local apple wood to enhance the flavours of our meats. The Smoking BBQ is famous for its decadent and gigantic ‘’Pulled Pork Poutine ‘’ Voted best Poutine in Québec and for our FALL OFF THE BONE babyback ribs
