About Limón Rotisserie
Brothers Martín, Antonio, and Eduardo Castillo grew up loving their mother's home cooking in their native Peru. In the 1990s, the brothers immigrated to the United States and continued cooking their traditional cuisine. Eventually, this led to the opening of their own restaurant and food truck, Limón Rotisserie. Not only do the brothers strive to bring authentic Peruvian food to the San Francisco area, they want to cultivate an atmosphere that emulates love and celebration. For great food and stellar ambiance, look no further than Limón Rotisserie.
At the Limón Rotisserie food truck, you can sample a Peruvian bowl with your choice of tantalizing meats and marinades. You can, for example, try tender Peruvian spareribs tossed in a spicy, peppery rocoto sauce. There are also empanadas galore with your choice of tasty fillings. Add a side of yucca fries, made from yucca root and possessing a semi-sweet, nutty flavor. If this sounds appetizing, book Limón Rotisserie for your next event! Give guests a taste of Peru with all these delectable dishes.
Carne Anticuchera Bowl - The aji panca sauce used to marinade these juicy slices of flat iron steak gives this dish a robust smoky flavor with mildly fruity undertones.
