What started as a small weekend barbecue operation in 2021 has grown into a favorite North Florida food trailer known for big flavors and creative smoked specialties. Limp Brizkit is the food truck division of Alligator Creek Food Service, bringing slow-smoked meats, generous portions, and inventive comfort food to events throughout the region. Every menu item reflects a commitment to quality, dependable service, and food that leaves a lasting impression on guests.
Barbecue takes center stage with slow-smoked brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, and tender ribs featured across a lineup of oversized sandwiches, loaded fries, and signature mac bowls. Guest favorites include the L.B.S., The Texan, Risk It For The Brizkit, and Macho Libre, each packed with smoky flavor and hearty ingredients. House specialties are paired with classic sides like coleslaw and mac and cheese, while Sweet TEA-cisions flavored teas add a refreshing finish to the meal.
