Lolita “Lita” Lindsay considers herself a Southern Belle. Her form of old-fashioned Southern hospitality was always baking. She was surrounded by bakers since a young age and, in adulthood, maintained her hobby. While working as a paralegal, she decided to start up a part-time side business selling her baked goods. Lita’s Treats caught on fast throughout Columbus, SC. The public enthusiasm inspired Lita to leave her job in 2014 and pursue baking full time.
