About Load A Bowl

When the Food Network caught wind of what Tanner Byrd and Brandon Harris were doing with Load a Bowl, it didn’t take long to realize their potential. Byrd and Harris were awarded a custom food truck, and the duo had the springboard they needed to roll out their fusion food truck to the streets of Austin, TX. Today, Load a Bowl is an Austin favorite, serving Korean, Mexican, and Indian-inspired bowls for all who have the good fortune to stumble across the truck. Load a Bowl is only serving 3 different types of bowls, and with a menu that small you can tell there’s confidence behind it. Choose from Korean-style beef with kimchi, Tex-Mex-style chicken with corn, or Indian-style masala with “Texas” paneer. Either way, you’re not gonna leave hungry. And you know who else won’t? The guests at your next event. At least, not if you book Load a Bowl to cater it. MUST TRY El Chronito — Marinated Tex-Mex chicken, spring mix, steamed rice, roasted corn, seasoned black beans, pico de gallo, shredded Mexican cheese, and your choice of avocado crème or sour cream.
